but in a post apocalyptic world Abby is eating better and putting on more muscle than a modern competitive bodybuilder? Odd design choices. It's totally fine for them to want a muscular badass female character. They based her on a real life female bodybuilder who spends countless hours in the gym, with all the benefits of modern society enabling her to perfect her body, and then made Abby even bigger and masculinized some features (wider shoulders and face). It's the least of the problems, but just makes me wonder what the designers were thinking. The pacing of the game isn't great, and the overly long or boring parts are in Abby's portion of the game.Īnd then there's the character design. Maybe with some changes to the story that concept could be successful, but it didn't work in TLOU2 for most players. The game forces you to play as her for far too long trying to sell the idea that she's not that bad, and it fails at that task. Want to discuss Capcom in general?
